FUN DAY & PRESENTATION EVENT

More hands make light work – please don’t leave to same few!! This is our major Club Event!! Please can we ask that coaches commit to assisting with set–up prior to roles within the Fun Day itself!! Thanks!

8.30am            Coaches to arrive to set up (goals, mark pitches, etc)

9.45am            Players arrive and gather at ‘Mini Training Pitch’

(Please make sure they go to correct team leader)

Parents are kindly asked to attend AGM whilst players are gathering into correct teams, etc. You are encouraged to register/pay subscriptions for your son/daughter today for next season with the chance of receiving ‘free subscriptions’ in a free draw.

10.00am           Welcome & AGM (Parents/Committee) outside Pavilion

10.15am           ‘World Cup’ Games (First Half) start

11.15am           Refreshments / Break

11.30am           ‘World Cup’ Games (Second Half) start

12.30pm           BBQ & Refreshments

1.30pm            Presentation of Awards/Trophies with Special Guest(s)

(All squads to be represented)

3.00pm            Refreshment still available

Until dusk         Games, music, raffles, penalty shoot outs

(There are to be no ‘Parents v Children’ games on the pitches). We will require help to clear up, put away equipment, etc once presentations have been completed.

The Committee would like to thank all Coaches, Referees, Parents, Players, Sponsors and all who help to make the Club what it is today. Without your constant support, our children wouldn’t have the wonderful opportunities that they have – playing football in a fun, friendly and safe environment where everyone plays!!
