SCOTTON SCORCHERS hosted three very lively and exciting fixtures against Tockwith.JFC. In a very hard fought and closely contested U7s match Tockwick securd the win with the only goal. Scotton were able to reverse the position in the U9s game. Scotton’s Sam Bull scored in the second half to seal victory in a thoroughly enjoyable match.
SCOTTON’S U11s produced a hugely impressive performance of passing football. Coming from behind, there were excellent individual goals from Joel Ainsley and Adam Tait which secured a 4 – 1 win to put Scotton joint top on points in their league. The friendly that followed was an end-to-end affair, with Scotton again coming from behind to post a 5-3 victory.
