Parents and players will soon be issued with copies of the clubs ethos ready for the new season.
Additionally over the summer the Scorchers were contacted by the FA's National Youth Coach and asked for our views on ethos and player development. The results have recently been published on the FA web site where our ethos is detailed alongside Everton and Southampton and their approach to developing players like Theo Walcott, Oxlaide Chamberlain and Gareth Bale.
The National Youth Coach recently said to Scotton Scorchers ' Thank you for your approach to working with young people - if only all club's thought and approached the game in this way!'
